1. TO PURCHASE RUGS
Browse the web site and add products to your basket. Products must be paid for in full before they are dispatched. Online payment details are transferred to a secure payment page operated by Worldpay.
2. OUT OF STOCK RUGS
Occasionally we may be out of stock of certain design/size/colour rugs. If this occurs we will e mail you with an estimated delivery date or you can choose an alternative rug or have a full refund.
3. ON LINE PAYMENT SECURITY
We are compliant with payment card industry data security standards (PCIDSS). Our payment processing is through Worldpay where all transactions are processed through secure servers to protect your personal data. We NEVER pass on your information to third parties, other than to our couriers.
4. PRICE PROMISE
If you purchase a rug from us and find it cheaper (including delivery costs) on the web site of another VAT registered retailer in the UK and inform us by e mail within 7 days we will refund the difference.
Price promise is valid for 7 days from the day your order is placed and for UK mainland deliveries only.
Rug must be identical in name, size, design and quality.
Retailers must have rug in stock and available for sale.
Price promise excludes rugs of inferior quality i.e. cheaper versions from alternative suppliers.
Price promise does not apply to retailers outside the UK or to online auction web site retailers.
5. RUG RETURNS
If you are not happy with your rug you can return it for a full refund.
Email us within 7 days of delivery, along with your name and order number.
You are responsible for the return costs to our suppliers and for arranging the return within 14 days with a professional courier.
If a rug is returned used, dirty or damaged no refund will be issued. It is therefore essential that the rug is satisfactorily wrapped in good quality waterproof packing or the original delivery packaging, with you order number and name visible.
We cannot make a refund for rugs lost on their return – therefore check that your courier can give you proof of delivery to ourselves and that you are covered for the cost of the rug should it be lost or damaged.
In the unlikely event that a rug is delivered damaged or faulty, we will exchange or refund the purchase. If the packaging is damaged on arrival please state it on the courier’s delivery note. This is because we cannot pursue a claim against the courier if you sign to say you have received the delivery in good condition.
6. RUG INFORMATION.
The colours displayed on our web site are only as accurate as photographs and computer screens allow.
Shedding of deep pile rugs is not a fault. It is a common characteristic and should be taken into account when choosing a rug.
Cleaning instructions maybe on the back of your rug otherwise use an appropriate rug cleaning web site.
Rugs arrive tightly rolled and can therefore take time to flatten out and pile burst. (Fluff up).
Avoid placing rugs in direct sunlight – this can affect dyes causing sun bleaching or fading.
Loose threads or rogue tufts should be cut off as you would do with clothing (Not pulled).
